Well said! He couldn't even come up with an insincere apology let alone act like a man for once and do the right thing. Adam Hill is stuck in his own world of right and wrong........it really comes down to "what works and what does not work". Love works and fear does not work. Adam, please take your fear to another place that will put up with "What Does Not Work"!

Impressive insight and a well-said description of how a group of passive-aggresive spiteful folk can destroy and even bankrupt a community.

Passive-aggression is a defense mechanism to protect ones ego and attempt to control a situation, and involves blaming others for their failures, striking back by transferring their negative emotions to another context against the source of their frustrations.

Blind faith in anything or anyone is a dangerous slippery slope that fundamentally stifles tolerance and respect for other opinions. It gives rise to a decisive environment where dialogue becomes difficult, and labeling anyone as an agent of someone or something else becomes the easiest and most common reply to opponents.

I'm really, really disgusted with the situation. I started this account a few months ago because I was made aware of what these people were doing. You wrote about this on your blog before. People shrug off the mud-slinging online, but in a sensitive political climate like Los Osos, you need to dig deep, and uproot the problems. My friend, Tom Salmon, had his house vandalized by people who disagreed with his stance. I heard that these people tried to get Schicker and Cesena fired from CalTrans, right? Can you look into that? I love Los Osos, but some of the people are just bad people, period.
